End-to-End Encryption
All recordings, transcripts, and AI summaries are encrypted with AES-256 at rest and TLS 1.3 in transit. No one — including OneVerse — can read your content without your authorization.
Zero-Knowledge Architecture
Encryption keys are derived from user credentials. We process your audio for AI features without ever having persistent access to the raw content. Your recordings stay yours.
Data Residency Control
Choose where your data is stored: India, EU, US, or APAC data centres. Enterprise customers can request dedicated storage with complete geographic isolation.
GDPR & CCPA Compliant
OneVerse is built to meet the requirements of the EU General Data Protection Regulation and California Consumer Privacy Act. DPA available on request.
No AI Training on Your Data
Your recordings are never used to train AI models — by us or any third party. What you record stays private. Period. This is non-negotiable and written into our TOS.
Role-Based Access Control
Granular permissions at every level. Decide who can record, who can view transcripts, who can share externally, and who has admin rights — per team, per folder, per user.
